That’s why we started this business: to make hosting celebrations here simple, stress-free, and seamless. As full-time island residents and business owners for over 25 years, we’ve lived the logistics and know how to navigate them.
Who We Are
Island Event Rentals is locally owned and operated by two island-rooted couples. Together, we bring a deep understanding of island living and a shared passion for helping others celebrate life’s big (and small) moments.
Steve and Kristin Henson, owners of Henson Building Corp and Maritime Mosquito Misting, also manage the Bald Head Island Yacht Club.
John and Brandy Munroe, owners of Bald Head Island Services—one of the island’s largest property management and rental companies. John is also a top-producing real estate agent with Wendy Wilmot Properties.
